Empowering Student Voices Initiative (ESVI)

The Empowering Student Voices Initiative aims to bring awareness to the many issues that students face in their independent schools surrounding their identity. 
ESVI brings students together in a respectful multicultural and multiracial environment to educate them on topics such as diversity, inclusion, equity, and ally ship.  As a body of students, our mission is to hear from students and voice their concerns to the administration to make both communal and institutional changes. We work to continue the Webb Schools’ values of leading with distinction to help marginalized students thrive in the Webb community. 
The overarching goal is to provide a welcoming environment for all students, regardless of identity.
